In 2024, our mission is to increase the trust and satisfaction of our Clients through a structured reorganisation, by carrying out our business activities in an independent company and rebuilding our outsourcing service by finding and engaging the right professionals.

Zsuzsa Varga – Managing Director
"Do the impossible immediately, but wait a little for the miraculous"
She started her career in automotive quality assurance in 2006 as a trainer at a Japanese TIER1 supplier, after having gained experience in the electronics industry in the previous few years, where she had proved herself in several areas such as logistics and manufacturing. Over the years, she has continuously developed herself from the adoption of the LEAN approach through the application of ISO/TS 16949 to the VDA 6.3 auditor qualification, and now has almost 20 years of experience in the field of quality assurance.
In 2014, she changed direction and started to apply her knowledge and experience in quality assurance service companies. She took over the management of Humán Labor Quality Ltd. in 2023 with the personal goal of rebuilding the company. Her work is driven by a "can do" and "will do" mindset. She sees each new task as a new challenge, determined to find the best solution for her clients.
